Pin and weld muzzle device

This service is for pinning and welding your muzzle device to comply with BATFE barrel length and  permanence requirements.   I will make the appropriate pin, dimple your barrel and completely weld over the top of the pin.   I always do everything that I can to make the weld as small as possible while still complying with the regulations.   I use MS 600 repair rod to make the pins as it resists corrosion very well, is incredibility strong and will fuse with almost all steels and stainless steels.  In the case of titanium muzzle devices I make a titanium pin. 
 
Please note that I will not blacken or finish either type of pin (it will leave here shiny).   Also, some material must be removed from around the pin hole to prevent weld contamination.  This may be visible in the final product.  The price listed is for steel and stainless steel only.  This price includes only the following: (1) dimpling the barrel, (2) making a pin and (3) welding the top of the pin to the muzzle device.  Timing the muzzle device and drilling it are not included and will be priced on an individual basis.   If you have something different please send me an email (info@pnwmachine.com) and I'll get back to you.
 
I will only work with muzzle devices from reputable manufactures.   For what should be obvious reasons, I will not pin and weld a questionable/no name/Chinesium suppressor adaptor to your barrel.
